The Mississippi Championship Hot Air Balloon Festival is a fund raiser for the Good Samaritan Center. This festival is a fun-filled family event, not only for the City of Canton, but all others in the Greater Jackson area and the surrounding counties. The Mississippi Championship Hot Air Balloon Festival has a tremendous amount to offer its sponsors and the community. Believe it or not, sponsorships levels start at only $100! So, don’t wait - be a “Friend of the Festival!”

Last year the Festival:

  • Attracted a weekend crowd in excess of 45,000 people.
  • Expanded from a three-day event to include a fourth day, for a special Media & Sponsor “Launch” party.
  • Received coverage in the media, especially tv, radio, newspaper and web coverage.
  • Raised awareness and support for The Good Samaritan Center, a local non-profit social service organization.

Festival advertising begins several weeks in advance of the event, which results in most of your advertising being delivered before the first balloon takes flight.
